Larissa is the General Manager for Hershey Latin America. In this role, she is responsible for leading the strategic direction, planning and operation of all functional aspects of the business. She joined Hershey a year & half ago as CMO Latin America and successfully reframed brand strategy to deliver double-digit topline growth and market share records thru multi-awarded HerShe cause marketing program. Holistic thinker, Larissa brings an extensive background in global branding & innovation across the globe with career built in consumer-oriented and best-in-class global players such as Mondelez International, Diageo plc, Pfizer Inc., Energizer Holdings, Reckitt Benckiser and KFC.
Larissa holds a bachelor’s in arts and communication with a Master´s degree concentrated in Marketing and International Business. Stanford University Palo Alto Business Executive Program certified in Design Thinking, Neuroscience applied to Innovation and Scaling up Excellence.
